Analisa Persimpangan Tidak Bersinyal Menggunakan Metode Pkji 2014 (Studi Kasus : Jalan Sultan Syarif Kasim – Diponegoro)

Abstract

Intersection of Jalan Sultan Syarif Kasim - Diponegoro is an unsigned intersection. Judging from the location and activity of the traffic passing through the intersection, this location is a busy traffic lane. Therefore the researcher wants to analyze the intersection using the PKJI 2014 method. With this research, later it can provide input to the relevant agencies about solving the problems that exist at this intersection. In this study an analysis of intersections will be carried out using the 2014 PKJI method. The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of intersections in providing services to existing traffic, then knowing the current geometric conditions. In this study, as for the results that can be taken by researchers from all four days of research using the PKJI 2014 method, namely the greatest crossing capacity of 2521 curves / hour on Tuesday, the degree of saturation is 0.32 and the intersection delay is 8.66 seconds / cur. Then obtained the capacity value and degree of saturation which is much smaller than the number of provisions that is 0.85, so the intersection is still considered feasible to operate for several years to come.
