Analisis Pemilihan Moda Angkutan Mobil Pribadi Dengan Moda Angkutan Umum (Travel) Tujuan Bengkalis-Pekanbaru

Abstract

Land transportation modes consist of private cars, public transport and motorbikes. In this study the authors only analyze the modes of transportation of private cars with public transport cars. To know the tendency of consumers in choosing transportation between private car with public transport car (travel). And the probability of the person using the mode of transportation is used an analysis of ahp method (Analytical Hierarchy Process). In this study using ahp method analysis. Ahp prevents various hierarchical structure rangkings based on the objective criteria of sub criteria and choice or alternative (decompotition).

Result from data analysis, the selection of criteria or reasons in the selection of transportation mode Bengkalis-Pekanbaru is a safe factor that has the highest priority weight of 0.38281 or 36%, then the comfort factor with priority weight of 0.31866 or 32%, then the cost factor with priority weights of 0.15926 or 16%. For the selection of alternative modes namely alternative private cars that have the highest priority weight of 0.58803 or 58% while public transport cars have priority weights of 0.42304 or 42%.
